Our Story

Who Is Property Change?

Formed in 2016, Property Change is a Melbourne based town planning and property practice.

Property Change itself came from an analysis as to whether we want property to stay the same or change and what way we want it to change. Inspired by Ebenezer Howard, the garden city and the three magnets of change. Change often depends on what we consider to be good/bad in terms of design, the process of change and the power structures of government.
